Each one of these test conditions worked well. I think I'm going to go ahead and run the Cy2 ms anti FITC at 1:2k. Not sure whether to incubate for 12 or 36 hours...
ReplyDeleteGreat photos! It looks like the A488 may not have labeled as well at the shorter time point, but that could be an effect of the anatomical level. The Cy 2 1:2k at 16k looks brilliant. no need to incubate longer--but it's nice to know you can.
