Further comparison needs to be done with an image of the same section acquired at 20X with 1024x1024 per panel resolution...
ReplyDeleteAVP (1:10k, 9/21/12) in the hypothalamus, approx. Atlas level 25. Image acquired at 10X as 4x5x?? series of 1024 X 1024 panels (i.e., 100 component files, 4 MB/file; Total image size in pixels = ???) for comparison with similar file acquired at 20X,1024 X 1024 and 20X, 2048x2048.
